You may be eligible to receive a Personal Credit Report at no charge or a reduced fee if you qualify under one of the following conditions. Select the appropriate criteria and provide the requested information (if prompted), then click Continue.

Determine if you qualify

  • You are eligible under the FACT Act I am eligible

    The Fair Credit Reporting Act entitles each consumer to one free disclosure every 12 months.

  • Within the last 60 days, you have received an adverse action notice based on information from your TransUnion credit report, such as: I am eligible

    • Denial of credit
    • Denial of insurance
    • Denial of employment
    • Denial of, or other unfavorable action affecting a government license or benefit
    • Denial of, or other unfavorable action on another transaction or account
  • You are experiencing one of the circumstances below: I am eligible
    • You are unemployed and plan to seek employment within 60 days
    • You received public welfare assistance
    • You have reason to believe your TransUnion credit file is inaccurate due to fraud
  • Your state offers a free or reduced price Personal Credit Report I am eligible

    Residents of CA, CO, CT, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MS, MT, NJ, PR, VT, or VI, may be
    entitled to a free or reduced price Personal Credit Report.
